Removing the earphones
  1. The purpose of the ear tips is to close off the ear canal completely and give a comfortable fit. Turn the headphones so that the side pieces point diagonally towards the top front edge of the ear. If you feel that the ear tips are too loose and seal poorly, or are too tight and uncomfortable, try a different size.
  2. To remove the headphones, hold them by the side pieces and pull them gently out of your ears, twisting them slightly. Do not pull on the cord.
