Cleaning the headphones
To prolong the life of your headphones, keep them clean and follow the guidelines below:
- The cleaning tool can be used for both silicone and Comply™ foam ear tips to remove ear wax residues.
- Do not use the cleaning tool on the sound tubes.
- Silicone ear tips should be washed at regular intervals with water and mild soap, or cleaned with a sanitizing agent. Allow the tips to dry completely before using them again.
- It is not possible to clean Comply™ foam tips, so replace them when they are dirty. When they have been in use for some time, Comply™ ear tips may no longer provide a good seal because they have lost their elasticity.
- If that is the case, please replace them by using new Comply™ ear tips.
- The headphones can be cleaned by using a sanitizing agent.
